DAY 3 OF SULLIVAN TOURNAMENT COMPLETE. TITLE GAME TOMORROW. (PHOTOS)

Saturday, June 22, was Day 3 of the Carolyn Sullivan Memorial Tournament. Haverstraw won their game on McCarthy Field over Nanuet, while Pearl River edged New City on a walk-off hit on Brady Field. Haverstraw, with a 2-0 record, reached the Championship Game tomorrow as top seed, while 3 teams tied with a 1-1 record, with West Nyack/NVCC prevailing on tie breakers, and those two teams will meet for the tournament title tomorrow, Sunday, at 9:00 a.m. on McCarthy Field (NOTE: the time has been changed from the original 1:00 time, to 9:00 a.m., due to the heat and umpire availability).
