Parking

PARKINGSPECIAL NOTICE (MARCH 2021):  All PRLL parking continues to be at the Skae (formerly Verizon) parking lot.  For those who have not heard, the Verizon building has been sold to Skae Power Solutions, which has agreed to continue to permit PRLL parents to park in the lot.   Presently, the Verizon building is vacant, and so there is no security at the entrance to the lot.  Thus, no parking passes are required, and they will not be distributed this year.  Parents should be aware, however, that Skae has permitted HBO to use the lot this Spring, and they will have priority.  Thus, all PRLL parkers should be aware of any signs or instructions posted by HBO as to off-limit parking areas.

                                                       ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As in previous years, parking for P.R.L.L. families will be available at the (former Verizon Wireless) parking lot now owned by Skae Power Solutions.  All normal parking for PRLL is to be done there.  Please have your parking passes visible (if applicable - for Spring 2021, see above).

PLEASE PARK ONLY WITHIN THE LINED SPACES, AND NOT ALONG THE CURBING NEXT TO THE FIELD. WE MUST HONOR SKAE's RULES TO PRESERVE OUR PARKING PRIVILEGES.  WE DO NOT PAY FOR THIS PARKING -- IT IS EXTENDED TO US BY A LICENSE EXTENDED BY SKAE THAT CAN BE REVOKED AT ANY TIME IF WE VIOLATE THE CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE.  Please do not park in the Handicap spots, reserved spots and/or along the curbs abutting the entrance to the fields, or in the first two rows closest to the Skae building.

PLEASE OBSERVE ALL TRAFFIC RULES AND RESPECT THE SECURITY STAFF AT SKAE.  (If applicable - for Spring 2021, see above).

Anderson Field:  Handicapped and Seniors:
Limited parking for handicapped and seniors over 70 only will be available at Anderson Field (Hunt Road entrance).   The area when you first come in (closest to Brady field) is for American Legion parking only and off limits to all of PRLL.  Seniors and handicapped must proceed to the area adjacent to and beyond the concession stand (Hopper).

DIRECTIONS TO THE SKAE PARKING LOT:

Take Hunt Road past the American Legion sign, bear left (curve) to the Senior baseball field at Veteran's, and turn right onto Olympic Drive; go to end and turn right onto Corporate Park Drive; go to the end (show pass at guard booth) and stay to right for Skae parking). See Map (which still says Verizon Wireless).

For other Leagues:      Coming from Route 304 (e.g., Nanuet, West Nyack): Take 304 south to Jefferson Street (turn left at the KFC store), go over railroad tracks and make right onto Main Street.  Main Street will curve around to the left and become Gilbert Ave.  Proceed straight past Blue Hill (21-story building) and over reservoir to Hunt Road.  Turn right on Hunt Road.  You will see a sign for the American Legion on the right. This is the road to Anderson Fields, but continue on (right on Olympic, right on Corporate Drive) to the Skae parking lot as per above.

Coming from the north, take Palisades Interstate Parkway to Exit 6W (Veteran's Memorial Drive, also called Orangeburg Road).  Off ramp, proceed west through 2 lights and past Veteran's Memorial Park (on the left) to Hunt Road (at the end of the park). Turn left on Hunt and proceed as above. (Note: if you already have a parking pass, you can turn left on Blaisdell Road, which is the 2nd light from the Palisades, and go to Corporate Park Drive -- make a right and go to the end, which is the Skae parking lot.)
